Electronic Publishing and Social Intervention in India

Description

The aim od this project is to collect books and material from 50-100 relevant fields of societal development and convert them into e-books. The project establishes a e-library, which would be free to use. This way NGOs, researchers, students, public officials, and poor people in rural areas who do not have the resources to buy books, could download this material for free and get information on different topics concerning their lives and the society.In addition 25 small booklets per year of previously unpublished topics will be published.
