Support to the work of UNSG's Special Adviser on 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development David Nabarro

Dr. David Nabarro was appointed as UN Secretary General's Special Adviser on 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development in December 2015. Nabarro and his team will work in close cooperation with UN member states, following the implementation work of member states and learning from MS's successes and challenges. Nabarro and his team will work in close cooperation with civil society, private sector and academia, and promote general knowledge on Agenda2030. Nabarro has approached the UN member states in order to secure appropriate funding for the work of his team. Finland has decided to support the work of SGSR Nabarro and his team by 200 000 Euros in 2016.
