To improve the quality of basic education in a rural area in the North Educational Division in Malawi. To improve adaptation to global warming as well as status of girl children in the families. HIV/AIDS prevention as a gross cutting theme. The objectives will be reached by establishing a Teacher Training college in the North of Malawi.
