Description

Support the work of the Institute for Security Studies ‘ISS’ on governance and combating corruption (core support with soft earmarking) the ISS is a Pan-African policy research and training organisation which ISS advances human security in Africa through evidencebased policy advice, technical support and capacity building. The ISS is an established think-tank, a teaching and training institution and an implementation partner with regional offices in South Africa, Ethiopia, Kenya and Senegal. It adds capacity, critical balance and objectivity by providing timely, empirical research and contextual analysis of relevant human security issues to seven targeted stakeholder groups of which African policy makers are the most important.
