• Ordinary passport
• Diplomatic passport
• Service passport/Official duty passport
• An official identification card issued by Iceland to its citizen
• Travel Document for refugees (1951 Geneva convention)
• Alien’s travel document
• Seaman's book (on duty)

Citizens of the Nordic countries (Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Iceland) can use an identity card as a travel document in Finland, but not for foreign nationals residing in the Nordic countries.
