The Consular Corps in Finland assigned Mr Harry Blässar, the Honorary Consul-General of Bangladesh, as the Dean of the Consular Corps in March 2017. He succeeds in this assignment Mr Gaius Gyllenbögel who passed away recently.

There are almost 200 acting Honorary Consuls in Finland at the moment, who represent over 80 different countries.
