Indonesian Foreign Minister to visit Finland
Minister for Foreign Affairs Elina Valtonen will meet the Foreign Minister of the Republic of Indonesia, Retno Marsudi, in Helsinki on 13 June.
The foreign ministers will discuss the relations between Finland and Indonesia and topical issues related to Russia’s aggression against Ukraine and the situation in the Middle East.
“Finland and Indonesia have good relations, and this year marks 70 years of diplomatic relations between the two countries. Despite the long distance, our countries share many interests, and this visit offers an excellent opportunity for further developing our extensive bilateral cooperation,” Minister for Foreign Affairs Valtonen says.
During her visit to Finland, Minister Retno Marsudi will also meet with President of the Republic Alexander Stubb.
