The Protocol Services of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland present their compliments to the Diplomatic Missions, International Organizations and other international bodies accredited to Helsinki and have the honour to inform them of the following on sending official mail to the Ministry for Foreign Affairs.
 
The Missions are kindly requested to send their official electronic documents addressed to the Ministry for Foreign Affairs NOT to the Protocol Services but to the Ministry´s official e-mail address which is
