UN Resident Coordinator/Humanitarian Coordinator (RC/HC) Talent Pipeline
2025 call for expressions of interest to join the Resident Coordinator/Humanitarian Coordinator (RC/HC) Talent Pipeline
The RC/HC Talent Pipeline, jointly managed by the Development Coordination Office (DCO) and the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), includes high-calibre professionals who have the potential to pursue a career in the RC and RC/HC tracks.
The RC/HC Talent Pipeline aims to identify and groom a broad and diverse range of high calibre candidates for Resident Coordinator and/or Resident Coordinator/Humanitarian Coordinator functions, and to develop them for those roles. It comprises both candidates who are ready for the Resident Coordinator Assessment Centre (RCAC)(Linkki toiselle web-sivustolle.) and those who have the potential of being ready within three years.
Application to the RC/HC Talent Pipeline is open to all candidates, including non-United Nations staff, from Wednesday, 15 January until Thursday, 13 February 2025, 17:59 p.m. EST. Applicants external to the United Nations system do not require a formal nomination from their respective Member State and are invited to apply directly, whereas United Nations staff must be endorsed by their United Nations entity.
